I charge by the job or project - I found that nearly all of my customers would like the job done right above anything else, therefore, a price per job will guarantee that with virtually no surprise fees or add-ons.

After sending our estimate via email and the customer agrees to the work, we would need the material money to get started. Once we start, we don't stop until the job is finished. We don't ask for more money, (unless there's an unforeseen circumstance that is plain for all to see)and we don't get paid until the job is done. No advancements and no disappearing. 

All of our estimates include a fully detailed scope of the work to be completed. You will receive a written report with a breakdown of the cost and time estimated for your project.

We communicate with you every step of the way. In the rare change that we will not have the work completed by the agreed upon time, we will work with you to determine a new completion date.
